Ecunerv is recommended for conditions requiring support for maintaining the normal function of the nervous system.
PEA, or Palmitoylethanolamide, is a substance found in many tissues of the body, including the nervous system, and is produced by the body when needed. Its anti-inflammatory effect was discovered in 1993 by scientist and Nobel Prize winner Rita Levi Montalcini. This substance helps regulate the activity of mast cells, which are immune system cells involved in nervous system inflammation and chronic pain. It can be considered an endogenous ally in chronic conditions caused by inflammation (e.g., neuropathic pain).
B vitamins (B1, B6, and B12) are organic substances essential for the proper functioning of the body; they are water-soluble molecules that play a fundamental role in various metabolic processes. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to the physiological functioning of the nervous system in synergy with vitamins B6 and B12. The latter also contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism, the normal functioning of the immune system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B1 and B12 are present in Ecunerv PEA at the maximum daily dose allowed for dietary food supplements, enhancing their beneficial effects.
Vitamin E, also known as tocopherol, is a fat-soluble vitamin that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, making it useful in various situations of oxidative metabolic stress induced by an increase in free radicals, thanks to its antioxidant action.
Magnesium is a mineral abundant in the human body and naturally present in many foods. It contributes to the well-being of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
